I haven't really been here much in the past year or so and when I look back I am slammed with free requests. Yeah! I know that I am pretty much a nobody who doesn't coast on popularity like a lot of the so-called artists around here. And throughout the years many of you continue to think that just for that reason that I am going to do free requests for you. Let's get one damn thing straight. I am an artist. Despite what many of you like to think I do deserve to be paid for work.

I do not do free requests so stop asking.

Rules --
1. Each person has to share 5 things about themselves.
2. Please answer the 10 questions asked to you and invent 10 questions the people you tag will have to answer.
3. Choose up to 10 people and put their icons on your journal - not something like "you are tagged if you read this", you have to tag legitimately 10 people.
4. No tag backs, Please!

Five things about myself:
1. I grew up on classic cartoons. I've picked up drawing when I was 3 and had wanted to get into animation ever since.
2. I like to collect figures and there are times where it would get out of hand.
3. I'm not very knowledgable on cars but I wanted to own a Dodge Challenger. Now I do since two and a half years ago.
4. When I was little I used to draw up my own ideas for games. I would even draw my own ideas for game maps.
5. I had always wanted a cockatoo for a pet.

1. What are your current obsessions?
Collecting amiibo.

2. Who is your favorite comedian?
Bob Sagat. Don't let Full House fool you. His stand up routine is pretty raunchy.

3. Your favorite webcomic?
Hark! A Vagrant.

4. Favorite type of pizza?

5. Are you a lefty or righty?

6. Who is your favorite artist on DA?
Tough call. It's hard to have a favorite artist, but when I find someone whose work I like I will keep an eye on them.

7. What do you prefer drawing more?  Females or Males?
I like drawing both as long as they are fun to draw. They have to show character. This goes especially for females since I see so many who fail at this.

8. If one of your OCs were to be featured in a show, which OC and what show?

9. Do you have any Waifus or Husbandos?
I don't speak Swahili. =P

10. Your favorite game and movie from 2014?
Favorite video game: Super Smash Bros. for 3DS/Wii U.
Favorite movie: Guardians of the Galaxy.

My questions:
1. Who or what inspired you to draw?
2. If you could meet anyone who would it be?
3. If you wanted to learn something new what would it be?
4. What would you want to do most with your OC? Comic, show, or video game?
5. Which OC would you go with for it?
6. Who is your favorite artist?
7. Do you listen to music when you draw?
8. Do you prefer digital or real mediums?
9. Favorite movie and/or video game of 2014?
10. What video game character do you think needs to make a comeback?

Welcome to the Avery Race Club! My original attempt at a tournament didn't work out so well because it was set around a half hour schedule each week and I didn't fully understand the concept on how the tournaments worked. I think I've figured it out now but I'll keep working on it in the future.

If you wish to join, just find it with the code 7264-2344-5341.

So here are the rules:

It runs all week, every week, starting midnight on Friday. 150cc Race, no teams, all vehicles, 12 races (I can add more if people think that this is too short), normal computer (so no one has to wait for actual players to attend), global, items set to frantic mode, all controls, players rotate every 4th race, any rating, and open to everyone.

I hope that this is an improvement and enjoy.

In the next half hour, I going to hold a gameplay session on Livestream of an early access version of the PC game, Assault Android Cactus.

I seem to have been not credited for my clean ups in the game's ending credits. The clean ups are in the game. Thought that I would gives a head up on that because I would at least like credit for my involvement. I have already contacted Wayforward about this issue.
  • Playing: Rayman Legends Demo
Downloadable on Wii U's eShop. This surpasses the demo from the Wii U display from two months ago. You guys have to check it out.

The two stages, Teensie Trouble and Castle Rock, have been modified a bit, a stage called Toad Story is included, the demo supports five players, and Murphy is playable optionly through the Wii U Game Pad in all three demo stages, including Castle Rock. If you prefer not to play as Murphy, five players can play together as Rayman, Globox (in a chain mail reskin), Barbara, and the two Teensie.

In this month's issue of Nintendo Power, there are three articles about upcoming games from Wayforward--Shantae (Gameboy Color) on the 3DS Virtual Console, Mighty Switch Force HD on Wii U, and Adventure Time. Page 95 in the Community section has this little article.…

On June 6th, Mighty Milky Way, Wayforward's latest game, will be downloadable for the Nintendo DSi. That's also the same day as the release of the 3DS eShop. It's a cute little game where you play as a little green alien girl named Luna, hopping from planet to planet, while creating and destroying them along the way to the end of each stage. I didn't get to do nowhere near as much work on this one as with Shantae, but it was a fun character to work with. As for the game itself, it looks cute and fun. Check it out, will you?…

Yeah! I'm probably going to get flamed for this. =P Am I the only one who felt dissappointed with this? I mean, it's not like I was having any high hopes for it to begin with since nothing will ever live up to the classics. It's just dissappointing to see Bugs and Daffy thrown together in some sort of bland buddy sitcom where all anyone does is talk too much and nothing is going on (like Family Guy but without the flashbacks, pointless music numbers, and liberal rants). I can feel more entertained by cartoon shorts that are over 50 years old, which isn't a bad thing. Cartoons seem to work the same way as music these days. Nothing can top the classics and the new stuff fades into obscurity after its short-lived appeal wears off.

I had been invited into the LittleBigPlanet 2 beta this past weekend. After trying it yesterday, I'm quite impressed. The new creation tools and updates on creation tools really make complicated methods from the first game so much easier. Sackbots are fun to play with. You can link levels together, you can create cutscenes, etc. One beta level that I had seen is pretty much a short movie. -->…

I need to sit down and try to make my own beta level. =P
